Langham London wanted to show what makes a stay truly unforgettable, working with influencers to capture two different, sometimes overlapping experiences.
In just one day, with two crews, we captured two stories unfolding side by side: a couple’s romantic escape and a family’s magical adventure, each revealing the hotel’s charm in their own way.

A blended narrative
What set this project apart was the chance to tell two stories at once. Langham London wanted to capture the magic of a stay through the eyes of real guests, so we followed a couple and a young family as they experienced the hotel in their own way.
We ran two crews in parallel, capturing both narratives unfolding naturally over the course of a single day. It meant the pace of the edit felt true to life, with moments overlapping and echoing each other. Alongside the two standalone films, we created a third piece that blended both storylines, offering a clever, fuller view of the Langham experience.
All films were made for social. We shot vertically to pull viewers in and made sure every frame felt premium. Though built for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, the films kept a cinematic quality that reflected the brand’s timeless sense of luxury.
The result was a set of films that felt warm, honest and elegant. Shared across both the hotel’s channels and the influencers’ own platforms, they sparked instant engagement and positioned the Langham as a place where special moments come to life.
