Yannick Alléno, a French chef renowned for his innovative approach to modern French cuisine, holds an impressive 16 Michelin stars.
To mark the arrival of his first London restaurant, Four Seasons Park Lane wanted something more than an announcement. They wanted a story.
A film that would capture the artistry, the vision and the journey behind one of the most anticipated openings in the city.
We followed the journey from concept to opening, creating a six-minute documentary that captured the spirit and ambition behind Pavyllon London. Filming across Paris and London over six months, we went behind the scenes with Chef Alléno as he shaped his vision for modern French dining in Mayfair. From the building site to early tastings to the final flourish, the story unfolded naturally through moments of craft, collaboration and quiet intensity.
Alongside the documentary, we created a series of social teasers and behind-the-scenes edits for social media, offering bite-sized glimpses into the world of Pavyllon. These were designed to build anticipation in the run-up to the launch while reflecting the same elegance and precision as the main film.
The final result was a portrait of a restaurant that goes beyond the plate. A celebration of design, detail and the kind of culinary artistry that defines the Four Seasons experience.
